1. Overview & Data Controller

LoanDesk ("Platform", "We", "Us") operates a multi-lender loan management platform. Each independent lending company ("Lender Company") operates its own workspace. Customer data entered by a Lender is owned by that company and isolated from other companies.

2. Information Collected

We collect user information necessary to provide lending operations, field collections, and platform commission invoicing:

• User credentials, names, emails, and mobile phone numbers
• Customer profile data (KYC documents, PAN, Aadhaar, address, bank details)
• Loan application data, collateral details, and repayment schedules
• Field Collection Agent GPS coordinates logged during repayment entries
• Audit trail metadata (IP address, device info, timestamps)

3. How Information is Used

Information is used strictly to process loan origination, generate repayment schedules, issue digital payment receipts, reconcile daily agent cash handovers, and calculate platform commission payable by Lenders.

4. Multi-Lender Data Isolation Guarantee

We enforce strict lender scoping. Data belonging to one lending company is never shared, disclosed, or accessible to another lending company.

5. Security & Encryption

All network communication is encrypted over TLS 1.3. Uploaded documents are encrypted in object storage with role-based temporary URL access.
